Artwork:

Custom design fees for 3D image creation are based on the complexity of the work required.

International orders:

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to additional fees, including duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing:

Our pricing reflects typical engraving times for most designs, but complex designs may have additional costs. Personalization and customization charges are itemized on quotations and there is a packaging and handling fee quoted on a per carton basis.

Inventory management:

We try to maintain all items in inventory, but we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable. Order quantities may be reduced at any time before production, but changes must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before they are effective.

Rush Orders:

Rush orders may have additional charges.

Ordering:

We do not accept verbal or telephone orders and all orders must be made on our website www.alt3dcrystals.com

Payment Terms:

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal and all orders must be paid in full before production.

Productions:

Production time is normally two to three business days from final approval of artwork. Specific shipping dates will be quoted at the time of order and may vary depending on quantities and inventory status.

Packaging:

Standard packaging for crystal products is individual gift boxes with black satin lining inside and all products come individually sleeved.

Shipping:

The prices listed on the website do not include the cost of shipping to the distributor or client. The company uses ground transportation for delivery unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer. If a specific delivery date requires air freight, the customer needs to inform the company in writing when placing an order. The company is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Parcel Shipments:

To ensure the safe delivery of orders, additional packaging may be required for parcel carriers such as UPS and USPS. Freight charges will be applied to all orders.

Carrier Type:

The company ships all courier orders via UPS and USPS Ground service. Other services from these carriers are available upon customer request. Customers can contact us for service availability and specifics. Other carrier services can be arranged upon customer request. Any pickup charges will be charged to the customer, and the customer is responsible for loss, damage, and/or the carrier’s failure to meet their service commitments.

Shipment Tracking:

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the carrier’s shipment tracking number. The customer can check the progress of the shipment using the carrier’s online system.

Product Quality and Guarantee:

Defects in material and workmanship will be corrected without charge.
