Returns and Refund

Cancellation:

If an order is canceled, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation and must be made in writing via email and will not be effective until acknowledged in writing by us via email.

Order changes and adjustments:

Changes to copy may incur additional charges, and personalization details must be provided in a compatible text document file. Order quantities may be reduced at any time before production, but changes must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before they are effective.

Damages & Breakage:

Each item will be carefully packed before shipment. If an order is received broken, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the broken item. The customer needs to save all packing material including the original box and bubble wrap in case a claim needs to be filed with the delivering carrier, who also has the right to inspect the package and its contents at the recipient’s address. The company may ask the customer to send the broken item for inspection and will credit the customer for the shipping charges. If the company finds that the item is broken, it will replace it with an exact duplicate at no charge, including shipping. The customer will receive the same exact crystal, changes cannot be made.

Returns:

Engraved products are not returnable or refundable due to their custom nature.
